It’s time to do a little self reflection on your business… Every year you are setting goals for business growth, projects to accomplish, products we want to changes or launch, action plans we want to put in motion, etc. and there isn’t follow through.  You are started with the best of the intentions and ending the year falling short.   So, you’re considering hiring a consultant?  Not sure if that’s what you really need or if you should spend the money because if you just set your mind to it, you could accomplish these things yourself right?
